Meeting Rooms and Resources
Our event space is suitable for most events, including baby showers, birthday parties, board retreats, coaching seminars, photography sessions and more!
Our 800 sq. ft. waterfront event space can accommodate up to 50 guests seated and includes:
+ Fully operable windows facing the Pawtuxet River
+ Includes the use of 4 large tables, 5 small tables and 30 chairs; additional tables and chairs may be brought into the space.
+ Includes use of projector, screen and audio speakers
Please include setup and clean-up times in your start and end time. We suggest estimating at least 1/2 hour for set up and 1/2 hour for cleanup on short events and 1 hour for event set-up and 1 hour for clean-up for longer events.
Rental is for our Waterfront Event Room and bathrooms only. Moving furniture in the separate coworking area is not allowed.
The full rental fee is due upon approval of this reservation request in order to secure the event space. Events can be cancelled at no cost to the renter 14+ days prior to the event. For cancellations 7-13 days prior to the event there is a service fee of 25% of the event fee, for cancellations 2-6 days prior that fee is 50% of the event fee. One day or same day cancellations will not be refunded.
All reservations are subject to availability and approval. Any outside food or items that are brought in must be taken with you once your event is over.
The event space must be cleaned and brought back to its original state once your event is finished. All payments from non-CoLab members must be made in person.
CoLab reserves the right to deny/void any reservation at any time should the event details materially change from the original request. You must check-in upon arrival. If your reservation is not filled within a half hour of the stated time your reservation may be voided.
